Description:

   Display or Modify the current SDI video fault setting.  This setting sets
   the video resolution when in video fault.

Form:

  Command Handler: DCMD
  SDIVIDEOFAULT|SVF|S6 [MODE]

     Select the type for video fault
     MODE=     480I59.94
               576I50
               720P59.94
               720P50
               1080I59.94
               1080I50
               1080P59.94   only available with sled boards BI02, BI10 and BI20
               1080P50      only available with sled boards BI02, BI10 and BI20
               1080P29.97   only available with sled boards BI02, BI10 and BI20
               1080P25      only available with sled boards BI02, BI10 and BI20

Response:

  RUNVIDEODROP RESPONSE
    Verbose- "OK\r\n" to acknowledge receipt of command, or
             "ERROR- [Description]\r\n" if error, ending command
    Terse-   "0\r\n" to acknowledge receipt of command, or
             "[NON-ZERO NUMERIC VALUE]\r\n" if error, ending command
             "\r\n" concludes modify responses (empty line)

Examples:

Get current fault mode
*.DCMD SVF
SdiVideoFault= 720P59.94

Set mode to 480I59.94
*.DCMD SVF 480I59.94

Notes:

   This setting will be applied on startup when no video is present.  If video
   becomes present, the setting will be overridden by the current video setting.

   1080P options are only available when the board info command(BIF) replies with
   BI02, BI10 or BI20.
