   Enables or disables management for GBE interface (Web UI, ftp, API).

Form:

   GBEMGMT | GBM | GM [ARGUMENT]
     Argument - ON | OFF

Examples:

  Verbose command to retrieve current setting:
  GBEMGMT <enter>
     Response is: OK\r\n
                  GBEMGMT= ON\r\n
  Terse command to retrieve current setting:
  GM <enter>
     Response is: 0\r\n
                  1\r\n

  Verbose command to change setting:
  GBEMGMT OFF <enter>
     Response is: OK\r\n

  Terse command to change setting:
  GM 0 <enter>
     Response is: 0\r\n
